the programme

The IMU Chiropractic programme has been designed to meet international accreditation criteria. This gives our students the incredible potential to impact people worldwide.

An IMU chiropractic education will provide graduates with significant opportunity to discover the passion, knowledge, skills and business attributes that will impact their lives and the lives of all the people they serve.

IMU is the only university to offer a Chiropractic Degree programme in Malaysia as well as in all of Southeast Asia. Graduates are eligible to practice in Australia and many other developed countries as the programme is accredited with conditions by the prestigious Council on Chiropractic Education Australasia (CCEA).

INTERNATIONAL ACCREDITATION

The 5-year Bachelor of Science (Hons) Chiropractic programme at IMU was awarded accreditation with conditions by the prestigious Council on Chiropractic Education, Australasia(CCEA). With this accreditation, graduates with the IMU chiropractic degree would be eligible to practice in Australia and other countries (provided they meet certain local requirements ie English language proficiency, examinations on local legal issues, visa and work permits, etc).

My internship as a chiropractic intern in both IMU Chiropractic clinics at Setiawalk and Bukit Jalil, has been one of the most eye-opening and rewarding experiences I have ever had as a chiropractic student.
